1. International Trade Consulting and Business Management
COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

- Select and search potential markets
- Setting up market objectives and desired share,
- Identify proper exterior channels for your company,
- Conduct negotiation with clients following company´s policy strategy,
- Develop and introduce products and brands in exterior markets, planning, implementation and follow up promotional actions, arranged visits to exterior clients (frequent trips around the world),
- Cost analysis and export price determination,
- Participation on international fares, commercial missions and business rounds.

OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT

- Supervision and coordination of all export operative actions, provide advise and coordination to obtain free sale certification and other registrations required in exterior markets.
- Supervision of subcontracted foreign trade operators such as customs brokers, forwarders, shipping companies, inspectors etc
- Review and provide advise on legislation ruling foreign trade activity.
- Follow up orders and physical international distribution (Door to Door)
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

- Supervision, coordination and execution of international collections of the firm,
